This afternoon the boys asked to bake as we haven't for a while.
So looking through my stash of baking equipment we decided on making biscuits so they could have fun with the cookie cutters.
Our Recipe
2oz Castor Sugar
4oz Vitalite
6oz Plain Flour
A few drops of food colouring

We made two batches the boyw choosing the colour they wanted.
Mixed the sugar and vitalite together until soft an fluffy.
Added the flour and a bit more if needed.
A few drops of desired colour. Mixed in well by kneading like bread.
Then made our shapes.
We put them on a baking sheet for 25 minutes in the oven at 150c.
