What makes you smile?

On the journey home today, a nice man did the simplest thing of letting me out into the traffic.  This made me a smile especially after sitting there waiting so long.
I cherish a smile, to me a smile means happy and I love when I smile as the feeling inside is great.  I was nicknamed smiler by someone at school and I always remember that because I never noticed until then, how much I smiled.
That moment is also a very important one as I have spent many years being a born worrier and have dealt with periods of anxiety and depression so a simple smile means a lot.
With the current  trends on the social media about such as necknomination, random act of kindness and 100daysofhappy.  There is plenty of doom and gloom at the minute and lots sad things happening I feel we should all think about that one thing that has made us smile?
Simple things that make me smile.
The nice man letting me out in traffic.
The older couple that spoke sympathetically that we have all been there, whilst dealing with the two under fives arguing over the jam pot in a quiet restaurant.
The moment you look a your son in his seat for his first flight worried he will be scared when taking off and see he is fast asleep!
When your two year old comes up and says ‘ you are the best in the world!’
The £5 note in your winter coat pocket.
