Oooooo I love a good baby shower and with the impending arrival of Baby T number two I had to have one. This time I wanted a little something different and after being a mum understood how mothers enjoyed having some time with friends away from their children and enjoying some pampering and adult conversation.
So, I organised a ladies day at my house, with wine, nibbles, lots of fun games and a lovely lady available to offer pampering treatments to my guests.
It was nice to catch up with some lovely friends, have a giggle, let them give me their baby weight predictions and enjoy a lovely bit of pampering at the end.
Would recommend a baby shower to any mum to be, just those few hours with some lovely people away from all stresses, is great for a mum to be.
