When I was pregnant with Rhys I decide to buy a tens machine, I thought I was going to be early and didn’t want to go in to labour without being prepared, I also managed to pick one up for the price of hiring one.
I found it fab and it helped with my long labour and I survived on that and gas and air. I would recommend it to any mum to be.
I offered it to my sister in law to use for her labour and she was even good enough to buy some new pads her labour and mine so I am prepared! 10 weeks to go!
