OK, first off this anniversary was rather different than last years because we are now parents. So no flights booked anywhere this time!
We celebrated our anniversary in a lovely little restaurant in Southwell called La Pariseinne. It was formerly Funny Peculiar, but now has new owners, new name & new style of food!
Rhys was 5 weeks old & it was our first night where he stayed out. The restaurant was great, the atmosphere was lovely & quaint & the food was delicious, it was the best fish dish I have ever had. Mark had this beautiful melt in your mouth Moroccan lamb it was great! We both had a great night & would recommend the restaurant to anybody. Then at 9.30pm I was home & ready for bed - that is was a 5 week old does to you!
